I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, drawing my practice from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and tailoring my work to every individual. I see therapy as a collaborative and supportive process of reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside or felt too difficult to acknowledge. Therapy can be a place to talk openly about feelings that may be hard to share elsewhere, such as grief, anger or shame, and to begin developing greater self-compassion and emotional resilience. I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement and trauma. I also have a special interest in perinatal mental health, supporting parents during pregnancy and the postnatal period with a range of issues, including postnatal depression, anxiety and feelings of isolation. Our work together can be short-term or long-term. Sessions are always guided by your needs and goals, and we will work at a pace that feels right for you.
