I understand we are all on our own path, but sometimes we need someone to walk alongside us. I have many years of experience working within the field of yoga and mindfulness as a yoga teacher. I believe moving the body opens the mind, I practice yoga as often as I can. I create a safe and empathic space for my clients to share and explore themselves, their thoughts and feelings. I understand the need for different approaches for each client, as no one is the same. I am an integrative practitioner, which allows me the scope to provide an individual approach with specific tools and approaches that fit each client, their situation and their personality. I am trained in Psychodynamic, humanistic, integrative therapy. My aim is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental safe space for my clients, collaborating together to help them make sense of their situation. To empower my clients to reflect and understand themselves in a deeper way. From this place, real change is possible. I am not a therapist who will sit back and let you do all the work, I am in this with you, I will be your explorer buddy. I specialise in eating disorders.
