I specialise in supporting Millennials, Gen Z clients, creatives, and the queer community, offering a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. As an integrative therapist and somatic trauma specialist, I draw on person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, and inner-child approaches to help clients work through issues including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, abuse, ADHD, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and questions around gender and sexuality, with a strong focus on the mind–body connection and healing developmental wounds. Alongside my clinical training, I bring 15+ years of experience in the creative industries. I have worked within private practice, the NHS, Headstrong, the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, and I currently hold a clinic at Nightingale Hospital. This mix of experience offers me particular insight into the challenges faced by creatives, freelancers, and those navigating complex emotional experiences. Fees & Introductory Session Info: I offer a free, 30 minute call/facetime/zoom session for you to test the waters and see if I feel like the right therapist for you. My fees cover a sliding scale ranging from £65-£85 per 50-minute session. This is dependant on your income/budget and we can discuss this during our first meeting.
