As a Soft tissue Therapist, I bring over 15 years of personal involvement in sport and a career spent within the sporting industry. Having worked as a sports adviser and in sporting event organisation, I have developed a deep understanding of the physical demands athletes and active individuals face. My long-term practice of mountain biking, snowboarding, skiing, climbing and swimming has given me first-hand experience with the physical demands and common injuries that active people face. After dealing with several injuries throughout my own sporting journey, I became deeply interested in understanding how the body works, how recovery happens, and how targeted soft-tissue therapy can support healing. This personal experience naturally led me toward sports massage, where I combine practical knowledge of training, injury prevention, and musculoskeletal strengthening with a growing clinical skill set to support others on their recovery path. I’m a qualified Level 5 Clinical Sports & Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist, specialising in clinical sports massage and advanced soft tissue therapy. My approach focuses on addressing pain, injury, muscular tension and movement dysfunction, with the aim of relieving symptoms, restoring movement and supporting recovery.
