Submitting now always issues the approval token and emails peter.strong@computerangels.co.uk (subject "<email> has submitted a new therapist profile for approval", with the Review and approve button). After submit the dashboard shows your wording: "Your profile is complete and will now be reviewed. It may take some time before it appears on the live website… Thank you for your patience." The wizard now carries a note on every step: saved as you go, but not visible until every step is complete and submitted. A background job in the API sends one "Finish your TherapistSearch profile" email to anyone who verified their address but hasn't completed the profile after 3 days. It runs every six hours and only ever sends once per account.
