
I offer Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching for people who want to build or rebuild a healthier, more supportive relationship with themselves, their body, food, and everyday life. My work is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in the understanding that emotional wellbeing, physical health, behaviour, body image, stress, and life experience are deeply connected. I support people who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns that no longer feel helpful. This can include difficulties around confidence, self-worth, motivation, stress, self-care, routine, and the relationship they have with food and movement. My background brings together coaching, health and wellbeing, behaviour change, strength and conditioning, nutrition, weight management, counselling skills, and training in eating disorders and the management of obesity. I also bring awareness to mental health, neurodiversity, body image, and the emotional and behavioural patterns that can sit beneath everyday struggles. I work in a warm, thoughtful, and relational way, creating a space where people can feel seen as a whole person, with support that is sensitive, practical, and tailored to the individual. I offer both online and in-person sessions.
