After a masters-equivalent degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology in 1993 I chose to train as an 'integrative counsellor' at the Central School of Counselling and Therapy (London) in 1995 and have been practicing internationally ever since. After my recent relocation to the UK in 2020, I went back into training and got an Advanced Diploma at the Heartwood Centre (London) to meet higher national standards. My approach is further enriched by a postgraduate diploma in drama therapy, which I later applied to work environments (drama-based-training), as well as a decade of experience as a performance coach (in the media industry). In these 30 years of explorations I learned a lot and have never stopped questioning myself and my method. My constant quest for answers to the most burning existential questions led me to become not only a better person, but also a truly helpful practitioner. I have published articles and books about personal growth, and am now editing the second draft of my next self-help book about recovering from trauma and dealing with tricky family members. The consultations with me and the content of your sessions are kept in strict confidentiality.
