
Juliet is a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Advanced EFT Practitioner, trauma-informed therapist, and former nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience. She has also undertaken functional medicine training, bringing a deeper understanding of the root causes of health concerns. She takes an integrative, mind–body approach, combining personalised nutrition with evidence-based Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping. Juliet works with clients to support balance across the body and nervous system, recognising the close connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health. By addressing both nutritional foundations and stress patterns held within the body, she helps create lasting, sustainable change rather than short-term fixes. She supports a wide range of concerns, with particular focus on gut health, hormonal balance, and stress-related conditions. EFT sessions involve gently tapping on acupressure points while bringing awareness to thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This approach can help support not only stress, but also fears, low mood, food cravings, phobias, and low confidence, while helping the body return to a greater sense of balance and ease. Juliet offers a calm, supportive space, tailoring each session to the individual and drawing on both her clinical expertise and intuitive understanding of the mind–body connection.
