Clinical Expertise: I work with adults and young people experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, CAT-informed, and systemic models. I have a particular interest in bipolar disorder and trauma. Supervision: I provide supervision to Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, CBT Therapists, and Trainee Clinical Psychologists. Academic Work: I am passionate about training future clinicians. As CBT Modality Lead at the Anna Freud Centre (UCL), I coordinated practice tutors and delivered postgraduate CBT teaching. Previously, at the University of Surrey, I contributed to teaching, curriculum development, and student assessment. International Experience: My work in the Middle East and Lithuania has deepened my understanding of cultural sensitivities in psychology and strengthened my commitment to culturally inclusive practice.
