My role is to provide you with a space where you can explore your feelings and beliefs and I will provide you with empathy and non judgement in what you bring. The session is led by you and is a non-directive talking therapy. I can help you explore issues of concern so that you can better understand your experience and become more self aware. I have experience of supporting people experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, lack of self esteem and confidence, social anxiety, neurodiversity, family and relationship issues. I have always been passionate about people and how the mind works and have spent 15 years working in Human Resources. I retrained as a counsellor to delve further into supporting people in a therapeutic setting. In addition to my private practice, I work in a number of agencies and counselling settings. Through these experiences, I help clients across different age groups, from a variety of backgrounds, and with a wide range of presenting concerns. I adhere to the Ethical Framework for good practice set out by the BACP. I offer short and long term counselling face to face in South Wimbledon and Crystal Palace, South London.
